Is the free trial really free?+
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and we never ask for a credit card. If you do nothing, nothing gets charged, there is no card on file to charge.
Does TruckerHand track accessorial pay like lumper fees and detention?+
Yes. Every trip has a dedicated accessorial pay field with a note (lumper, loading or unloading help, detention, layover, extra stops). It counts toward your revenue totals and shows up on your exported pay statements.
Can I use my records for a pay dispute with my carrier?+
That is one of the main reasons drivers use TruckerHand. Every section exports to PDF or CSV, a dated statement with your name, every load, accessorial detail, and totals. When a settlement does not match your records, you have your own paper trail.
